We believe that our workplaces can extend beyond the office, allowing our team members to work full-time from home, from the office, or a combination of the two in any location they prefer during July and August.
The addition of such flexibility allows our team members to manage their working week effectively, while also finding time for their personal pursuits, whether it’s basking in the sun or spending time with family. By implementing this initiative, we encourage a work environment that necessitates open communication and connection, critical components for successful collaboration. Reenergizing with ‘Heart Long Weekends’
The ‘Heart Long Weekends’ initiative, a long-standing tradition, serves as an additional benefit that complements the ‘Work from Anywhere’ program. It grants our team members extended periods of time off during the summer season. This approach isn’t merely about providing extra vacation days but facilitating longer periods for our team to switch off, reenergize and balance work and play.
These longer weekends are intended to give our team an opportunity to disconnect, unwind, and immerse themselves in activities that bring joy and rejuvenation. By reducing the strain of commuting and creating space for personal pursuits, we support their mental well-being and overall happiness.
